Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Quentrade enterprise trading bot platform ("Quentrade", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. Quentrade is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider and not a financial advisor or registered broker-dealer.

2. Nature of the Service

Quentrade provides advanced algorithmic trading software, strategy backtesting, and market analytics. We do not hold, manage, or take custody of your funds. All trading executions occur directly on your connected third-party exchanges (e.g., Binance, Bybit, OKX) via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

3. User Responsibilities & API Security

  • You are solely responsible for generating API keys on your exchange and entering them into Quentrade.
  • CRITICAL: You must configure your exchange API keys to strictly prohibit withdrawal permissions. Quentrade only requires "Read" and "Trade" permissions.
  • While we secure your API keys using military-grade AES-256 encryption, you remain responsible for the overall security of your exchange accounts (including enabling 2FA).

4. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Access to Quentrade requires an active subscription or a revenue-sharing agreement depending on your enterprise tier. Payments are processed securely via Midtrans. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law. Failed payments will result in the immediate suspension of automated trading activities.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the platform to engage in market manipulation (e.g., spoofing, wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes).
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of Quentrade's proprietary trading algorithms.
  • Reselling or white-labeling the platform without a specific Enterprise Reseller agreement.
